Saturday I had to work, and then there was a lot of cleaning and many chores to do. After a late lunch of perogies and special sauce I went out thrift shopping with my parents and my weekend guest. We ended our evening with a nice family dinner. When we got home, my guest and I rode our bikes for a while and took advantage of the cool sumer night before the rain started.

Friday I had a nice morning of bagels and coffee before work. After work I went to a friend of a friend's house far away. It was magical. I encountered horses, dogs, and helped set up a fish tank. Structure and go get 'em attitudes are my favorite.

Thursday was an okay work day followed by the arrival of my weekend visitor. We went out with friends, then spent a nice night catching up at home.

Wednesday was a short work day but that meant that I had to cram a lot of work into a shorter period of time. After work I went out for adult Shirly Temples and salads and fries with my BFF, followed by the addition of a second lady for Ladies Night Wednesday. We made friends with the DJ at our second location and heard great songs all night.

Tuesday was a long day. Lots to get done at work followed by a trip out with friends followed by a huge gathering at the Blusnavage Inn. Lots of friends/food/fun late into the night.

Monday life went back to normal. I went thrift shopping before work, followed by playing catch up at work, followed by night with coworkers at the bar. I'm already looking forward to next weekend.

Sunday was HOT. We headed to Columbus Sunday morning plus my sleepover guest, and it was very hot and sunny. I got two necklaces, and that's really it. I took a short nap after the flea market, then went for a swim in the river. I changed the water in my turtle pond, and enjoyed a sprinkler in my yard for a bit, followed by an evening eating bleenies (potato pancakes) in special sauce, and getting a fire started early. What a great way to end the long weekend.
