The Streets are Made of Silver

Green Floral Dress- Salvation Army in Hamilton NJ 3.99 (Avocado)
Sweater- Goodwill Ewing NJ 3.99 (H&M)
Boots- Red White and Blue Thrift Store Hamilton NJ 7.95
Necklace- Columbus Fleamarket 3.00
Amber Ring on the left- belonged to my mom
Tortoise Shell ring- Columbus Fleamarket 1.00

This was one of my favorite outfits last winter. Dresses like this one remind me of 90's school teachers. They are so comfortable I get extra excited when I can find one like it at a thrift store. I have two more similar to this- button down the front/spaghetti strap simple feminine dresses.
Since I've started my new job I have more time to get ready in the morning which means I can put more thought into my outfit and accessories. I like picking out a dress first, then layering shirts over/under the dress and then adding belts/shoes/jewelry as I go along. I always pick out my rings last, so I pick them out to match the necklace. I like to have 90% of my outfit picked/laid out before I get in the shower.
I really need a whole room just to store all my clothing and accessories. If I had an enormous closet I would be able to put together so many outfits! My clothes are packed in my drawers and closet tighter than sardines- I can't even see half of what I own.
My goal for this weekend is to re-organize my bedroom. I've been spending a lot more time in my room lately, and things need to change to be more functional and for me to be happy in my living space. I can't wait!
